Yes the one on the right looks much better. Which is really nice since that one’s fruit hasn’t ripened yet.

This is how I used my one harvest of Costa Rican Sweets. Somewhat pedestrian, but it’s always satisfying with homemade ranch dressing. In a cute seashell dish. (Though the pic was taken with the seashell dish on top of a plate.)

Those look wonderful! I'll bet they tasted great.
My latest research is for a cream cheese dip that is a little spicy and savory, too. When I say spicy, I mean pickled Pepperoncini heat level. Add in some crumbled bacon, garlic, fresh dill, rosemary, and ...
Still working on the rest. What I just mentioned is missing something.

I love the addition of pepperoncini. The heat plus vinegar is yummy. I’ll have to remember that. Maybe also some finely grated cheddar to compliment it and the bacon. (Mmmmm, cheese and bacon!)

Yes, I was thinking of Extra Sharp Cheddar or Blue Cheese. And some crumbled Walnuts, too.

They're beautiful! Are you going to try for a second harvest after picking these, or start a new project?

Following this! I'm hooked on peppers for my next project. So many to choose from! I'm really sorry the one plant died.

They're beautiful! Are you going to try for a second harvest after picking these, or start a new project? No the roots look too sick to muster the energy to create another harvest. We had these peppers the other night. They were very fruity!
