It think it was about 1000 when I started harvesting. I am still going without water changes and I am now up to about 1200. Eventually I may have to do a partial water change. They still seem to be very happy.

I was surprised to see that not paying attention and adding water without nutrients the ppm dropped to 800. I recently did a water change. It just seemed like five months was too long. It may have been a mistake, the leaves have grown much lighter and they do not look healthier. Still, I have five plants in a farm, all with many flowers, and many tomatoes growing.
I have another five tomatoes I started in Kratky thinking they would replace these. They have flowers and tomatoes too, but far fewer than those under Aerogarden lights. They also have grown differently, taller but much less dense.

Maybe they need a water change to get out all the old junk and put in fresh.

I did a water change, about a week ago. The tomatoes did not seem to like it. I have had some yellow leaves. I think they are still OK, but I need to work up the PPM again.
