I found a recipe by Chef John on YouTube. It looks interesting. I just picked up my order at the big store I shop at. Much better than before. I pulled into a designated spot, called the phone number on the sign and 5 minutes later was headed home. They loaded the groceries into my trunk. No muss or fuss. You can add hot sauce or home grown peppers, to homemade or store bought. I really like the Boar's Head version. This recipe sounds really good, but I've not tried it. And, the Mayo Clinic's recipe says it is low carb, it sounds good too. Anyway, I find it adds something to an otherwise plain sandwich or wrap? And, as I've complained about, ooops, mentioned before, I need to keep things interesting to appease my MIkey. Sigh.

The only hassle I have is the yogurt. Two tablespoons (1 serving) has more than a teaspoon of sugar in it (6g). It sounds good though.

Sour cream is better, 2g per two tablespoons. But I typically stick with Hellman's Mayo, 0g Carbs per two tablespoons. I can mix the other flavors in with little to no remorse.

Look what I found... Paleo Tzatziki - this one uses mayo & coconut milk instead of yoghurt So does this one - Whole30 TzatzikiThere are lots that just use sour cream instead of the yoghurt...

Thank you Ginny, I'll give those a spin soon.
I just had my wrap. I used Hidden Valley Bacon Jalapeno Ranch as a spread. I used about a third of a chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, the pepper, pac choi, dill and basil. I didn't use pickle or tomato. Next time. It was really good. I am still working out proportions for the 8" spinach tortilla.

The only hassle I have is the yogurt. Two tablespoons (1 serving) has more than a teaspoon of sugar in it (6g). It sounds good though. Maybe there are differences in different versions of yogurt? I currently have Greenwise fat free plain Greek yogurt in my fridge that was on sale when I bought a large container of Greek yogurt. According to the label, a serving size is 3/4 cup and that serving has 4g of sugar. That sounds a lot better than the 2 tablespoons you mentioned. I made a chicken salad with it this week added some lemon juice and dill and basil. I was thinking about making some Tzatziki sauce sometime soon. I pretty much decided that I was going to use a recipe as a guide as to what should go into but just wing it on the amounts, because I only wanted to make a small amount not the massive amounts that a lot of these recipes call for. Yogurt does vary carb wise. But most of the full-fat plain Greek Yogurts are 6g carbs.

I just looked up six different varieties of plain Greek fat-free yogurt. They ranged from 10g to 14g carbs for two tablespoons. That's over twice the full fat variety.

My greenwise fat free yogurt says it is 9 carbs per serving, but a serving is 3/4 cup not 2 tablespoons. Sugar is 4 grams.

I always think of them as looking like Christmas decorations. They are the prettiest pepper to me.

In 2014, I took a picture of the Sweet Heats I had growing and I turned it into a Christmas Card I distributed to family and friends.

I ate a small one today. It was very sweet. It also had a pretty good kick to it.
