I started 3 pods of Fresno Peppers today. Fresno Peppers are much like a Jalapeno, but slightly hotter. Jalapenos are typically 3-8,000 SHU. A Fresno is typically 5-10,000 SHU. The taste is very similar. Fresno peppers have thinner walls than Jalapeno's. They are 2 inches long x 1 inch diameter. The tip is a bit more pointed than a Jalapeno. These plants grow 24-30 inches tall so I am growing them on the left side of the Farm XL. At this time, I project these peppers reach maturity about 2/08/2022. Added 16 ml Nutes. Fresno Peppers

Amazing! I wake up this morning and the shriveled up plant is standing again. It was laying on the label last night. You can see the dried up cotyledon leaves. I decided to cut those off to give this a chance. There was just a nub of green at the top last night.

It's amazing how resilient plants can be, if you apply some TLC.

I had to trim off the cotyledon leaves off the other one today. Both aren't looking very good.

It looks like they may still be struggling. Hope they make a strong comeback.

I had a plant or two that looked like that in the beginning and they thrived. I bet yours will too

The left one died. Onward and upward. Planting a new garden here, and four new Bounties tomorrow,

Sometimes it's best to start over. Life's too short to wait and wait for a pepper seedling to start to thrive.

I forgot how much work this is. Moving furniture, making sure electrical resources are available, managing the spaghetti electrical cords from 4 Bounties on a single Rubbermaid cart, not to mention my printer/scanner underneath, phone charger and lamp. Jeez!

Jeez! Yikes! That does sound complicated! Can we assume that it all worked out?
