These have grown into weird shapes, and I'm not sure what (if anything) to do about it. It's not like there's tons of bush for me to trim off, like I usually have to do with pepper plants. There are lots of blooms on them, though

You could try trimming off the stems that are far outside the lights, if you feel that you have to do something. I can never leave well enough alone, of course!  |

I trimmed a couple of branches off, that were trying to reach for the ceiling. Otherwise have decided to let these guys just do whatever, they're healthy plants even though they look weird.
