Beginner microgreens

I don’t think it’s the plants that are giving off the smell but the water. Whenever I do Microgreens I find I must change the water 2-3 times a week. I don’t smell it unless I lift the tray to see how the water looks.

I have to ask... what do y'all do with microgreens?   I bought the kit to grow them but haven't messed with it yet.   I'm not a "green smoothy" person so what will I do with them?

I mostly add them to salads or sandwiches, or top soups with them.  I also use them for edible garnishes for fish, poultry, etc.  Also, on top of pizza, or breakfast eggs, even in tacos

Did your seed mix have stinky veggies like broccoli or cabbage in it? I haven't noticed odor from AG microgreens, though I have from kits that just use seeds and a water reservoir. The AG microgreens kits rinse the seeds every hour. The AG instructions recommend changing the water periodically.

slw, I like microgreens in sandwiches, but like lettuce better, so don't do microgreens very often.
