Where on the Aerogarden site is the deal of the day? The only thing I can find is the daily deals but that link just takes you to the Mothers Day sale with several units listed.

bluetech, you'll be happy with the Bounty Elite, and the app! Don't forget to register it! Whether your old pods will fit depends on how old they are. The ones made for the earliest AGs don't fit today's gardens, but the pod design hasn't changed for a long time. I think that you will get pods, sponges, pod labels, and covers with your Amazon Bounty Elite. AG seems to be getting out of the business of selling seed kits, but is now saying that you get a "Grow Anything" kit when you buy a new AG. That is a kit with everything except seeds. What are you going to grow first?

You found it--it's the selection of models with an extra discount beyond the regular discounted price. If you watch the "sales" and are patient, the model you are most interested in will eventually go on sale. The models on sale used to change every day, but AG is making a lot of changes in its marketing right now.

What are you going to grow first? I'm thinking maybe cucumbers? Trying to think of stuff I can't grow in my yard due to squirrels. (If the summer season wasn't almost upon us, it would be a pepper of some sort) I have 2 raised things I built in the yard that have wire mesh, was planning to do tomatoes and peppers in them, also some onions cause I read squirrels and rabbits don't like them and will leave them alone mostly. Maybe will do a grow log with pics, I'm kinda a novice at a lot of this stuff and welcome any advice.

You can set up the trellis (should be included in the box), and train the vine to go around and around (removing branches as they develop). Or you can rig a tall trellis around the Bounty and let the vine climb. People here have grown vining plants both ways. You might want to get an extra Bounty trellis (they stack) if you're going to grow vining plants.
