I have dehydrated many green things to grind up with the hotness, green onions, Poblano peppers, Serrano peppers, garlic cloves and I'm debating throwing in some hatch peppers! I have yet to process anything but I hear when you fill a food processor it doesn't make much powder so I'm saving up a whole bunch to do all at once. My gripe with store bought seasoning is all the damn salt... I won't be adding any to my blends, keeping the salt shaker separate.

Balance is the tough thing. I don't use any salt in my dried blends. Most come out very good. Then the blah batch.

A couple shots of some outdoor plants, i generally don't care much about the "extra" plants so not much care goes into these. I top and prune a little in the beginning, then just let 'em go...
Some of these have been struggling, but ask me if I care......... I don't lol. Plenty of good stuff indoors to worry about, and when it gets cold these will probably die anyway and make way for more clones.

The one(s) in the 2nd photo is huge! That’s just one Habenero plant.
