Hi, just signed up. Before messing with the aerogarden, I haven't planted anything in my life! Now I love growing stuff Hi Cavaluzzi - welcome! Your gardens sound great. Can’t wait to see a pic of them. Shawn can set up your own garden corner if you’d like. We love growing stuff too, and watching others’ gardens grow.

Wishing you good growing. Mine comes next Thursday. I am mostly planning on growing herbs and lettuce for my two English Budgies. I live in a small senior apartment so there is only room for one AG. The Harvest with WiFi is on its way!! Welcome! Your birds are beautiful! I’m sure you will enjoy growing herbs and lettuce as much as we do. Let us know how your first garden comes along.

New forum member, getting back into Aerogardening. I had Space Saver 6 over five years ago, and sold it as getting replacement bulbs shipped etc. seemed to not really be worth the yields I was getting. Some plants sure thrived however. I had forgotten about Aerogardens completely and by chance ran into someone selling a Bounty. When I saw that it was now with LED lights I had to give it a try. I'm even trying a tomato plant, which I would not have attempted in the Space Saver 6. Its surrounded by herbs so that might not be the best idea, but I couldn't wait to try. Its day 9, everything has sprouted except a dill pod. Looking good! I added a separate water pump since I had it kicking around. I don't know if that will make any difference. Hi delgar, welcome. I’m happy you stumbled into a Bounty - they are great machines. You will definitely enjoy a greater harvest, and without the cost of replacement lights. I still have some old CFL units, but am enjoying the ease and greater power of the LED. Keep us up to date on your progress. If you want your own corner to post pics of your garden, let Shawn know. We’d all love to see.

Hi all. I'm not growing yet, but hope to be soon! My first AeroGarden (a Farm Plus) is on the way. It should arrive sometime in the next week or two. I'm a renter and though there are some small planter spaces in our back yard, tree growth has taken off in the last few years preventing most things from getting enough sun to grow in those plots. I've got some indoor space along one wall that seemed to be begging for a wall of Farm units, so that's what I'm going to try to pull off. If I feel good after getting this first model I'd eventually like to go three-wide and two-high with Plus models on the bottom and standard Farm units on top. Unless that new Farm Tall unit on Amazon is a real thing. (See my other thread here.) In that case I'd probably go with a single tall unit on one end. This first unit is going to be dedicated to a "Great Greens" seed kit. I may do the same with a second. We eat a lot of salads. By the time I get the other units in it should be time to start new grows, so I'm sure the greens will move to the smaller Farm units and then it'll be tomato and pepper time. We'll see how successful I am at pulling off this grand plan. I'm very excited to get started, though. I've been looking at AeroGardens and potential hydro projects for well over a year now. It's time to finally put it into action. You have a great plan, Nick!!! I’m sure I speak for us all when I say we can’t wait to see your progress!!!
