I think my Harvest is dead. Yesterday when I came upstairs, I found it like this:
The light on the display is on and flickering with no text, none of the buttons do anything. The grow lights are on. A slight clicking noise starts coming from it after a while.
I left it unplugged for the night, and it's the same when I came back to it this morning. The farm says I've had it going for 243 days.
I guess I'll crowed the starts I have in it into the farm.

How long have you had the Harvest? I know there was a batch not long ago that were bad and they were replacing.
Is the pump working? If not have you taken it out to make sure it is not clogged?
Have you tried pressing the Menu button a few times with the up or down arrow to try and reset it?
And in the meantime if you can put your plants in the farm temporarily great.

After playing with it a while I've found that if it's in flicker mode, if I hold the menu and Light button for about 3 seconds the light goes off and the display changes to "Press OK to start". It's unresponsive at that point until I unplug it and plug it back in, then it goes back to flicker mode.

Bummer. But I’m glad it’s still within the warranty period. Definitely take advantage of it, because beyond mere annoyance of the menu button not working the clicking is worrisome.

Even better news!
I opened up the old Harvest once the new one got here. The problem seemed to be in the main power board (not just the fuse like I was hoping). So, I bought a broken harvest for cheap online and used the parts from mine to repair it.
Now I have another working Harvest.

Haven't decided and started it yet. Just cleaned out the Farm yesterday, so I've got plenty of room. Probably more Cilantro.

I envy your success with cilantro. My latest effort was again a dud.

In 40 days I was going to do a year update since I first got my farm/harvest, but here's what I did with the new harvest.
When I first got it up and going I started all my winter crops in it. I'm not going to bother to detail it because they started great, but when I moved them outside, they all got eaten by a hoard of rabbits...
So after that I've started cilantro in it that will be moved to the right hand tank of the farm when they sprout. Currently the right hand tank isn't even in right now as it's been cleaned out.
Other than that, the original harvest has Cilantro in it that's been growing for a while now, and the left hand tank of the farm, has Basil that I've had to clone from the original because the stalks were getting too big, and a bell pepper plant.

Corinne has a problem with critters eating her plants outside too. I would if I grew outside as I have deer and rabbits and squirrels all over the place. They ruined my flower project outside a few time.
