Harvested at least twice already.

Have you ever harvested the root, or just the leavesv

Is it even possible to harvest the lower root?

Welcome, aerogrower.
I  harvest  The leaves and stems.

The roots in all of my aero gardens are so gross, I would never consider eating them. Have you planted any Bok Choi?   Hope you love it as much as I do

I should clarify and say I was interested in harvesting the bulbs too. I have never grown it but would like to ASAP!

Would you compare bok choy to something like lettuce for growth rate?

No bulbs!
 I don’t know how it compares to lettuce,  but it grows quickly and beautifully

Hi, did you only leave on bok choi plant per pod? I have three growing in one pod, all very healthy seedlings, and I'd be so sad if I had to kill two of them :-'(

I've been growing baby bok choi and I plant 3-4 seeds per pod and leave them in. They don't seem crowded and make a nice crop to harvest in about 3.5 weeks.
