I did quite well with those. They were smaller peppers, but delicious, and on the hotter side.

I LOVE that picture!
Everyday I find more peppers growing. I hope this is as successful as yours.

I still have some of them in the freezer. I don't know what I am going to do with my current hot peppers. Probably hot sauce, again. I think I will make more totes soon. I want to grow herbs and dry them. I'd like to give them as gifts for any occasion. I'd like to do gift baskets of dried produce I grew, with spices and jams and sauces. My family is always begging for more of my chipotlé, garlic, cilantro, lime sauce.

That is a wonderful gift to give. Great ideas with all your own products.

I think I will make more totes soon. I am wildly curious about your totes. Please consider writing a summary (parts, pointers on how to use, good points and bad points, etc) of the basic construction and layout in the "Non-Aerogarden" forum, and I'd be really interested to watch the progress of any of your totes in your garden forum

I've been really wanting to do that too. Last year I even, inspired by you, dabbled in designing labels on the Avery site, but that's as far as I got. I think we would all love (hint, hint, beg) a tutorial from you on how to create your personalized labels. I'm all set to make my own vanilla extract, jalapeño jam, and perhaps a hot sauce or dried pepper rub as gifts. I bought the jars and everything, then got stalled with the labels.

I have been using Corel Draw since the 90's for graphic illustrations. To be honest, I'm not even very good with that program. There are artists out there that make that program produce magic.
Unfortunately, there is quite the learning curve to use it. I'm sure that kids today would say it is easy to use, but it is still time consuming for me.

Well drats. The design process was fairly simple on the Avery site (though probably not as fancy as yours), I just have to figure out how to print. And which labels to get.
