I think I'm going to have to add some support. One of the largest branches can support itself. I think I'll switch the nutes from growth to blossom. There are lots of tiny buds that aren't doing anything yet

Getting too big for a tall garden. I might cut it back a bit

Apparently, common with C. Baccatum, whereas most C. Annuums tend to be white.

Yeah I’ve never seen so much color in a pepper flower. It’s beautiful.

I've learned that if I take a length of that green soft-tie (the green thing with a wire in the middle) and bend one end, I can stick it in the hood between the light and the edge, and it hangs on fairly well.
I've got four major branches on this plant trussed up like that now.

The plant's set a whole bunch of peppers, but none have turned yellow yet. Can't wait for them to ripen!
This one's driving me crazy, though. Every other sunday night, I'm settling in, feeling like I'm done hauling water for the weekend, and all of a sudden, it starts flashing its "Feed me, Seymour" leds at me. Sigh. Get up, feed it.

Almost, but {clenches fists, stomps feet, wails into the air} not yet. It's killing me!

I just love the color of these when they ripen. The first finally finished ripening. It was very tasty, with less of the soapiness that the aji pineapple had. Also, a bit hotter.

Oh, that’s a pretty yellow. Where on the yellow spectrum/palette would you describe it? There are so many yellows. (I have 4 different yellow paint colors in my house. And another one in my last house.)

I don't really know. Maybe a lemon yellow.

I don't really know. Maybe a lemon yellow. Me neither. Despite the number of yellows I have. I’d say a bluer lemon, but I see warm, too. I really don’t know what I’m talking about.
