Hello all -- new to the community. I recently got the AG Classic 6 and am becoming interested in growing peppers. I was wondering what types of peppers I could theoretically grow with the 12" size limitation. Any information would be greatly appreciated -- thanks!

Welcome to the gkboyd6! Glad to have you with us.
I do not own a Classic 6 but I do own Harvests that are 12" height. I myself have not grown peppers in the Harvest but I can tell you that I have grown Sweet Heat Peppers and these can be grown in a Harvest. Mine have never grown more then 10" in height. If I remember correctly my Almapaprika also grew no more then 12" too. If you do a search for Sweet Heats you will see several members growing them.
Our member drbanks has successfully grown Jalapenos and you can see this project here.
Also I think there is a way you can stunt a plant so it does not grow too tall but I am not familiar with this process.
I am sure some others will answer but I know many are still on holiday mode.

I 2nd Shawn with the Sweet Heat pepper. Thereās definitely enough room for that plant in the 12ā. Some jalapeƱo varieties do better than others in the shorter garden. It needs to be a dwarf kind.
