LED Hood/Light Assemblies - are they 120v?

The plug that is going into the LED Hoods of the AGs - look like the standard 2 prong plug that goes into the back of many 120v devices.

Is the LED hood on the AG receiving 120v AC and is converting to whatever DC voltage it needs to drive the LEDs?
