Got my new farm and had problem with first slow germination. So this time I placed pods in large bowl made sure all where held under for about 2 hour had to giggle a couple to get air out of center core.
happy to report day 3 a good few 4-8 days pods have sprouted and small leaves visible inside pod already
Been well worth pre soaking

Very nice. I often wet or soak my pods prior to placing seeds in them. It also helps fit in the cages snugly.

I agree with the pre-soaking, if you have the time. I almost always pre-soak. I just recently started a new herb garden using the kit herbs but this time didn’t have the time to pre-soak. It really does take longer to germinate. It’ll get there, but who wants to wait?!
