Please see Mark's review below: Mark said (after video stopped) that it would be good in chili, sauces, stews and even pickling with the thick skin.

Once all was settled and done he really enjoyed this pepper. While he said it was a painful heat in the video after he finished the pepper he was wondering if there was another ready LOL... but there is not yet.

I just LOVE these reviews.
I have been known, from time to time, to watch Ted Barrus/"The Fire Breathing Idiot" pepper reviews, but his seem all about super-hots and watching his head explode.
I much prefer the "real people" appeal of Mark and Mike doing reviews, because I suspect my palate is much closer to theirs than someone who regularly ingests super hots.
