Wasn’t sure what to grow in this Bounty after my lettuce finished. I’ve had the gourmet herb kits since I bought my first garden but I never tried to grow them. Then I realized that the kits contain all three herbs that I use for my family’s favorite salmon dish!
So here we go. I planted thyme, Italian parsley, and dill. I know people have had mixed results with the herbs so fingers crossed!

All great herbs. I have grown thyme and parsley but never dill. Looking forward to seeing yours grow.

We’re getting some growth! The dill shot up and I had to raise the lights.

Nice. Dill is one herb I do not use, but yours looks great. I don’t use it that often so I need to figure out what to do with it. I may try drying it.

Drying may be your best option. I should look up if freezing is good. However with it being so fine I have no idea.

I had neglected the garden so the dill went to seed and the roots rotted on the thyme. I’ll most likely grow these again closer to Thanksgiving when I make my salmon dish everyone loves.
