Thoughts on the New Harvest

Since my only Aerogarden was the Bounty, I was very surprised at the small size of the Harvest.  My first impression was that it looked like a toy Aerogarden!

My second thought was that the Harvest will be absolutely perfect for what I bought it for -- for a bright pop of colorful flowers that is small enough to put anywhere,

So I am delighted with the new machine, and plan to put petunias in it tomorrow.

I use 8 ml of nutrients to start herbs in the Bounty.  I am surprised that AG recommends that same amount for the Harvest.

How much nutrients do you use in the Harvest for flowers?

I love the Harvest.  I have several of them.  I use 6ml to start.  But @cornne is better to answer as she is the resident Flower Diva.

I feed them 4 or 5..depending on the flower. A lot of time I go by looking at the leaves ..if they look limp..they need more. If they are crisping up around the edges, too much!
