This garden is already out of hand. I planted the seeds 21 days ago. I'm harvesting tomorrow. I'm going to make a Jethro (Bodine) salad tomorrow, and pig out. That salad will contain at least:
Bok Choi, Grape Tomatoes, Snap Peas, Green Onions, Radishes, Baby Carrots, Baby Corn, Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives, Chick Peas, Blackberries, Blueberries, Shredded Cheese, Cashews Fresh Cilantro, Dried Basil, Black Pepper, and Blue Cheese Dressing.

Quite the 'culinary' combination"! I have never had berries in a salad, believe it or not, but people tell me it is delicious.

I always put some sort of fruit in my salad. Usually blueberries (my favorite), blackberries, mangoes, apples, tangerine slices, dried cranberries, raisins, or avocado. I don't use melon. I also always use some sort of nuts. Cashews are my favorite. But I will use walnuts, pecans, macadamia, almonds or even plain old peanuts, too.

Here it is, my next meal. Bok Choi, Thinly sliced Deli Rotisserie Chicken, Grape Tomatoes, Snap Peas, Green Onions, Radishes, Baby Corn, Artichoke Hearts, Black Olives, Chick Peas, Blackberries, Shredded Cheese, Fresh Cilantro, and Black Pepper. I will top this with Blue Cheese Dressing when it has been chilled.  |

Well, yes. I peeled off all the solid green leaves and went to town dipping them in Paul Newman's Creamy Caesar dressing. I couldn't eat it all.

Bok and Pac Choi are my favorite salad greens. That is why I was growing them. I want to come up with an easier tote for growing them. Something smaller than my Rubbermaid ones, and round. It's difficult to get at the plants in the center of the tote for harvest.
