Hi there, I'm new here.
I recently upgraded from a Sprout to a Bounty (Classic 9, I think) that I got on eBay... but it's arrived without the 'grow deck' tray, in which all the seed pods sit. Before I send it back, is it possible to obtain these separately, as a spare part?

Hello and welcome.
May I ask if you are speaking of the deck with 9 holes or the Seed Starter that has a lot more?

Antonio The fine print must have been very small with the intent of making you believe you were buying a complete working machine. First I would chck check to see if the machine works as far as lights and pump before hunting down a deck.
If it were me I would send it back(if you can), or definitely know the model of the machine and try and contact Aerogarden to see if they can sell you one for that particular model before the ebay return window closes. They may not sell them, and they haven't been in their offices lately. Another option would be to find a used machine being sold for parts only. Best of luck!

I would follow Corinne's advice especially if it is the grow deck. I do not use ebay or craigs list so I am unfamiliar with their process.
