I just opened an Ultra that I received more than a year ago. It is new in box but when I plugged it in, the panel light was flashing without any words/letters. I have another Ultra that is working well and has delivered at least five crops of veggies. Any ideas how I might access the panel. Is there a trick to resetting or am I merely out of luck and out of $$$$  |

Hello, Totally did miss this. Contact AG, If within they year warranty, they will replace it if they can not help you to fix it manually.
