Hi Everyone,
I have a Bounty Elite 2019. I have taken out the grow tray but that also takes out the pump. I'm assuming when I put in the seeding tray that I also need to have the pump. Do I detach the pump from the growing tray -- and if so, how? Thanks so much. Have one thriving crop from the unit as it arrived and now wanting to add to my outside garden.

I have not tried to remove that. I will take a look in the morning to see if I can figure it out on mine.

I took out a Bounty but I got side tracked with a few things. I will give it a try.

I just did it. It is hard. But I carefully pulled as hard as I could without twisting. Doing some silent prayers I did not break it LOL. But I was able to separate.

Ha ha ha. Yeah, it's pretty scary. We will try and pull harder and send up a few prayers ourselves. I really apprecaite you testing the waters for us.

Okay, Shawn, you've done your bit so if you'd rather i asked the general crowd, I certainly understand, but while the pump clicks on to the seed tray like it's shown inthe picture here: www.aerogarden.com/media/wysiwyg/guides/2019_Bounty_SSS.pdf it doesn't fit in the bowl all together because the "fill here" piece sticks out. I can send pics. You may not have tried that yet on the bounty 2019. But any advice welcome. I'm about ready to pull my hair out. |

Actually, I'm sure they sent the wrong seed tray, which is why this isn't working. Sigh.

Post pics of your machine and the seed try.
I do not own a seed tray so I could not try it.

Hi Shawn, thank you so much. I actually determined I was using the wrong seed tray. So I've ordered the correct one and all should be well. I'm so glad I found this forum. You're awesome!!!!
