Does anyone know if the replacement pumps that Aerogarden sells directly and through Amazon have long enough cords to work with the Farm? I had a leftover pump from an Harvest that I tried to swap out for the pump in my Farm, but the cord was too short (though the pump was the right model and for properly). My concern is that since Aerogarden only offers one replacement pump listing that it might not have a cord long enough for the Farm. Aerogarden for their part does say on the website that their replacement pumps works for both the Harvest and Farm (along with the Ultra and Bounty) but this would only be the case if they came pre-installed with longer than usual cords that would work with both the Harvest and Farm. Does anyone have experience replacing the pump on the Farm?

Aerogarden isn’t taking phone calls, unfortunately, due to employees working from home and COVID-19 restrictions. I have emailed them, but haven’t heard anything yet. Because I’m impatient, I went ahead and ordered the replacement pump from Amazon and will report if it works. Aerogarden claims under the “questions” area on Amazon that it will work on the Farm, but I am a skeptical because even though the pump is the same across many Aerogarden models, the cord on the Farm pump is much longer than on the other models. I will report back when I get the replacement from Amazon.

Yes, II have a Farm Plus. I contacted them on a seed order by email. It took several days, maybe a week but they did get back with me.

I got the my replacement pump from Amazon, and as it turns out the cord was exactly the right length for the Farm. They must send out all of the replacement pumps with this longer cord, which is exactly the right length for the Farm but would be longer than what is ideal for other models (particularly the Harvest), though it would still work.
