Hi all, I just created an account to help out those who may have to go through what I just did. I have the Aerogarden Bounty 9 and woke up one day to a 'dance party' aka strobe light; LED hood was sporadically blinking. Looking at other past workarounds, I figured that it was a capacitor issue; however, no one specifically stated what the Bounty model needed. I saw others talk about the ULTRA but not the Bounty. So to save those the headache of having to desolder the heat-sync to read the smaller of the three capacitor...they are: (Two) 470uf 35 VDC(One) 50uf 10 VDCIt wasn't overly difficult to fix (granted I did have soldering experience prior) but as long as you can get our hands on a soldering iron and get it to 400C, desoldering/resoldering shouldn't be too difficult. All in all, fixing the hood costed about $15 as I bought extra capacitors should I need to do this again later and already owned a soldering iron. If you don't have one, irons are pretty cheap on Amazon (just look for one that has variable heat options).

chubbibunny, your info is pure gold! Even I can understand it!
I am taking a screenshot of your post so I always have it.
And I plan to buy a few of those capacitors, too. I read somewhere that the same one works in the Bounties and Harvests.
THANK YOU again!!!
