Has anyone started cucamelons in the Aerogarden and transplanted them outside?

No, I haven't. But I wanted to let you know I love your username!
Someone may jump in with an answer, but until then you could check the members garden patches and see if you find it there.
Or do a search and if any posts mention cucamelon, the posts will show.
And welcome! Glad you are here!

I haven't grown them yet, but I'm planning to try growing them from start to end in my AeroGarden Harvest.

I've tried cucamelons both in the AeroGarden (farm) and separately in rockwool + hydroton. I've been able to germinate and grow them easily, but I eventually abandoned the project because they grew too crazy indoors and they were far too difficult to hand pollinate.
Unfortunately for me, it was winter so I couldn't transplant them outdoors, but you should definitely be able to. Just make sure to "harden" your plant off by transplanting it in a soil pot, keeping the pot well watered and keeping it in the shade, slowly exposing it to a bit more sun every day (especially that it's peak July at the moment). The leaves might wither at first but the plant should bounce back. If the plan is to move the plant into a garden, transplant it a second time from the pot to the garden.

Back in 2017 I started cucamelons indoors in the spring in my Aerogarden Ultra and then transplanted them outside around mid May. They took a while to start producing fruit, but around September I was getting cucamelons left and right.

Welcome bobsagget. What a wonderful first post -- we love photos!
I have never seen a cucamelon before except in seed catalogs. I wondered about how they grew. To see a photo of one started in an Aerogarden, successfully transplanted outdoors, and how productive it was is great!

They are adorable. What do they taste like? How do you prepare them?

They are adorable. What do they taste like? How do you prepare them? They taste like a cucumber but with a slight sour taste to them. Some people say it's a "hint of lime", but personally I never tasted lime. You can just pop them in your mouth as is or slice them up and put in a salad. Or pickle them too. I enjoyed them in salads. Here's another picture I took back then of what they look like when cut open.

However, since decided to wait until late winter/early spring to start in one of my Bounty Basic models and transplant in container for growing outside. Thanks for the photos and information.
