I keep one Harvest strictly as a seed starter. This one is turning into a temporary nursery for plants that will eventually be moved elsewhere.
Right now I have two perpetual spinach because my Kratky containers are full, a tiny spearmint which will go into a pot for spearmint tea, a parsley, an Aerogarden mint -- and I've forgotten what the other one is! (maybe a stunted bok choy)

Thank you, @cornne and Shawn. Much of it is because my well water is naturally soft -- only 38 ppm.

I moved the spearmint because it was getting shaded out.
The plant that I thought might be a stunted bok choy is actually a stunted perpetual spinach.
It is fun having a machine to stick odds and ends in. I will eventually pot the herbs, eat the spinach, and have another empty machine for a new project.
