My Italian parsley is doing well, but I have had a few times when it suddenly started drooping.
I found the cause.
Even though the AeroGarden still said the water was full or medium, it was not full enough for happy Italian parsley. My mature (95 days) herb garden drinks a lot of water. I add water almost everyday but if I forget for a couple days, my Italian parsley will be droopy.

I noticed that also. As they mature they want more water

Thanks for the tip. I treasure my parsley plants since I find them so difficult to germinate.

My Italian parsley and curly parsley both germinated OK, but the curly parsley took a very long time and was very slow growing at first.
