Still no sign of peppers, just a lot of (pollen-less?) flowers.

I have had many pepper plants that never seem to drop pollen. Actually one of mine now does not drop any but has tons of peppers.

Make your nute concentration is 12 ml per gallon of water. If it is lower than that it could be the reason. If you are between 8 and 11.5 ml concentration you wouldn't see anything wrong except no peppers. Below 8 ml you would see yellowing of leaves. If it is higher than that you are probably dropping a lot of blooms and getting leaf curl.
These are generalizations. It could be something else, but after 45 days, I stick to that schedule.

Thank you! No leaf curl (aside from the leaves very close to the light) and no yellow leaves, so I assume the nute concentration is too low. I will increase it.

Added another 12ml of nutes. I checked the PPM and it was around 150, which makes sense given that it drinks about half of the tank a day.

One example for me was my White Habanero project I just concluded. I planted that project at the end of August. It went over 75 days before it started to produce. If you look at my feeding schedule, you will see I had them at 11.5 ml the month prior to producing. At that point, I only had a few tiny peppers. Then I added 12 ml nutes. Boom! I got hundreds of tiny but potent habanero peppers.
I used to use 11 ml nutes as a guideline. Not any more. I feel with the AG nutes, 12 ml is necessary starting at 45 days. 8 ml to start, 8 ml at 15 days, 11 ml at 30 days with 10 ml Mooch, and 12 ml nutes and 10 ml Mooch after that for peppers.

I really appreciate the help.

Yes, seems like it was using nutes a lot faster than I expected. Added another 8ml.

I pruned this quite a bit - I removed anything that was outside/above the light, anything that was touching the light, and anything that was heading towards the back where I can't get to it.

Added 4ml of CALiMAGic. I will need to add more regular AG nutes soon as well.

Then you need to determine how much longer you will give them to produce. Since you've changed your nutrient level to 12 ml, I wouldn't let it stretch more than another couple of weeks.
I have had many projects that just didn't produce. Is this the Burpee variety? Those are supposed to mature in 3 months.
Good luck.
