Can I trim leaves that are hanging over into my greens on the other side of my farm? Also can I trim some of the bigger inner leaves to thin it out a bit on the pepper side?
I wish that they would have put a bit more space between the decks on the farm and made the unit wider overall to give a bit more separation of sides.

I am sure you can but before I say for sure, can you post a picture? To post a picture, view this thread on how. It is pretty easy to do.
I usually do trim off the 4 largest darker bottom leaves from a pepper plant. Then I would wait a week and maybe trim off the next two and so on. But I would really love to see the plant for me to give3 my actual answer. You might also consider turning your pepper plants every so often as well. This not only helps move them for air circulation but also aides in keeping the roots contained.
