However we have some long time AG'ers here. Lost of experience and also many new to AG.

Still a little early to ask any questions... I don’t even know... what I don’t know...lol
ive watched a bunch of YouTube vids on pruning and harvesting...
I have the following mix of pods
Thai Basil (back left)j Genovese Basil (back right) Dill (middle left) Mint (middle right) Thyme (front left) Curley Parsley (front right)
planted on Thursday 11/30/2017 (11 days in now)
I’m amazed how fast these things are growing...
I suppose I do have a question...
Based on the videos I’ve seen they say to start pruning at about 3 weeks in... do you agree?

It really depends on the plant. Genovese is a fast grower and that being said it also depends on how many branches you have. Rosemary on the other hand takes forever so there is no pruning for a long time. Thyme you only trim back 1/3 from the top and no need to prune. I believe the same for dill. There are some videos here you can look at

Both flavors of Basil will frighten you with how fast they can grow.
The Thai basil is my fave!

I’m now 15 days in...
The Dill, Genovese Basil and Thai Basil look great... The Thyme is close behind... The mint is just about to pop out... the curly parsley has sprouted but is way behind the others... this is fun to watch the daily progression... can’t wait til the first Harvest time...

Your dill and basils will be fastest. That said, once the mint gets going, look out, lol. I love this stage of a garden. All new and promising.

I’m now 64 days in... and wow... I’ve pruned and harvested several times.... the Curley Parsley never grew.. so I asked for Italian Parsley instead... let’s see how that does...
the image is the current state...
