I just ordered a "Used: Good Condition" (damaged packaging) Harvest 360 for $67.90, including tax, with free shipping from "Amazon Warehouse". For $5.00 more I could have bought a "Used: Like New", but either way I'm assuming it's a return / open box.
I consider it to be a good deal since it's about what the 3 pod Sprout costs on sale and it's significantly less expensive than used Harvests I've seen on Ebay, Craig's List, and FaceBook Marketplace which may or may not come with all of the pods.
I checked the warranty as an afterthought. Weirdly the listing refers me to the Seller and/or the Manufacturer. I was under the impression that "Amazon Warehouse" was the Seller.
It may not be too late to cancel my order but I thought I'd check here to see if anyone else has bought an Aerogarden, or any electronic item for that matter, from Amazon Warehouse and if they have any idea how the warranty works.
I have bought some pretty pricey cookware through Amazon Warehouse and didn't give it a second thought because there are no moving parts or electrical components.
Btw, it comes with lettuce/greens which I'm kind of excited about. I thought I would want to do the herbs but my Basil plant is doing well in my front window and I just picked up a small Rosemary plant and I will try rooting them and doing the Kratky jars.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I think that 30 day warranty applies to everything sold at Amazon Warehouse, doesn't it?

I have never purchased from Amazon Warehouse. But I think someone here had in the past. You can always call or chat with them to ask more info. If still not comfortable, maybe they can cancel the order OR wait until you get it and if not good return asap.
Please keep us updated.

Thanks Shawn. Again, I think it's a pretty good deal based on what used ones in my area are selling for and at least it comes with some sort of warranty (30 days).
I guess the big question is whether most failures occur during the first 30 days and whether I should be proactively looking for.

Plant it and start the grow and you will find out if it works. I doubt there is a problem. I've bought open box at Amazon and had no problems.
