After over a month my basil still is not coming up. How do I get replacement pods. I'm new to the aerogarden. I'm on my second round of plants. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear your basil is not germinating. Please view the Aerogarden Contact Information thread to email them. You will see the option from the drop down menu for seeds not germinating.

What kind of water are you using? You might want to try bottled spring water if you are using tap.

Do you have soft water or a water filter? If so try using distilled or you can boil the water and let it cool and use that.

I use spring water for the tank and distilled for the aerovoire.
