Hi- Nice to be here again! Its been a long Spring/Summer. I started up my gardens again after my season is ending (unusually long, wonderful Indian summer) and when I plugged in my Bounty Elite, the touch screen is stuck on “power went out” or “start a new garden” option. I touch either and zilch happens. No sound even. I can touch the other icons and they make sounds but it still doesn’t clear away the 2 questions on the touch screen. I hear the pump and everything. Anyone know how to clear this? I trued unplugging etc but no dice. Put in a request to AG so now waiting on sn answer. Figured I would check here in the meantime.

Have you tried to unplug it for at least 20 minutes? If under a year it should be warrantied. Keep us posted!

Sometimes, when I start up a garden after it has been off or in Vacation Mode, I find that I need to go to my phone App and use the "sync now" button to make it function properly again. I don't know if this will help with your situation, but worth a try!? Do you have the App and use it with your Bounty Elite?

Have you tried to unplug it for at least 20 minutes? If under a year it should be warrantied. Keep us posted! Yes- I tried again after several hours- left it unplugged while I slept. Still nothing. I know its under a year, so warranty wise, I at least have that.

I have to access the menu to enable wifi so I need touchscreen. I will set up my Farm just in case I need it in the future though.

If you do FaceBook, I understand that you might be able to get in touch that way, quicker. Or try "chat" on the AG website.

To update: it turned out to be really simple to fix. Just press the < > buttons for 5 secs and it resets. I used the chat to expedite. I am glad its up and running again. Much better than waiting for an email.
