So what is next to start in Mike's pepper gardens? Hopefully this weekend I will start "Just Sweet Peppers" from Park Seed in a Farm Plus. Those will be next. Just Sweet PeppersThe last Farm Plus slot will be "Mama Mia Giallo Hybrid Sweet Pepper" Mama Mia Giallo Hybrid Sweet PeppersAfter that, I was planning on planting "Datil Peppers" from Jim Duffy. I ordered them from Amazon, but they come from Jim's farms. But they may be too tall. I have to hold off until the Farm XL opens up when I have enough Real Deal peppers to make hot sauce, first. If I do grow them, a lot of pruning will be involved. Datil PeppersI will also be firing up a couple of Bounties. I don't know what will be growing there, yet. Probably more jalapenos.

I used to love growing everything. But now my two favorite crops are tomatoes and peppers. So I understandb your love for growing mostly peppers.
I have seeds for Mad Hatter peppers -- hot (a little) wings and sweet bodies. They won't fit into a Bounty, but maybe I can do something with buckets this winter.

I have some Mad Hatter seeds from David's Seeds. I was disappointed when I found out they didn't have any real heat.

I decided to try an experiment. I found a package with three Jamaican Yellow Mushroom Pepper seeds in it. They are two year old seeds. I put one seed each in three pods I piggybacked on the Sweet Pickle Pepper garden. If I can get two to germinate, they will go in a Farm Plus. These are my favorite pepper, bar none.

Following all your gardens! Ditto and seems like you've got a color theme going too!

If there is a color theme, it's not by design.
What an exhausting Sunday. I started off by doing two loads of laundry. While that was running I made corned beef hash with salsa and cheese for breakfast.
I was going to grill some chicken breasts, but I realized it's been since Memorial day since I did a thorough cleaning on the George Foreman outdoor grill. So, after the laundry was put away, I started cleaning the grill. I've been dumping the grease trap every use, but where did all that grease come from?
When that was done I grilled and ate some chicken.
After lunch was cleaned up, I decided to clean the Farm Plus that had the Sweet Jalapenos and the Pumpkin Spice Jalapenos on it. Between cleaning and watching football, I finally got it done. Khangg's cleaning method doesn't work that well on a long growing project.
Now, it's 7:30pm and I'm done. I haven't eaten dinner yet and I'm not going to cook. It's a couple of granola bars tonight. I'm going to make some Rooibos tea and try to relax the mind enough to sleep. Back to work tomorrow.
Why can't I retire, yet? Oh yeah, money. Oh well.
