New Pepper Projects

These seeds are in the mail to me. They are both sweet bell type peppers, but a lot more fun to look at.

lynnee got me interested in making refrigerator pickles, and that is my plan for most of these.

mike, they turn even mild peppers into a spicy treat if you get the right brine.

The first pepper I planted (on 3/26) is Yolo Wonder Pepper, and I mistakenly thought they were small but apparently they're full-sized so I'm thinking these I'll probably transfer to a container. One seedling yawned open into a sprout yesterday, and this morning I saw another so I guess I have to part with one or remove it to another pod. I'm so attached!   Thinking of getting them both strong and then gifting one seedling to someone who will care for it in a container. 

Yesterday I planted Biquinho seeds, a small pearl of a Brazilian pepper. And anxiously awaiting the Black Hungarian Sweet Pepper seeds I ordered yesterday from Smart Seeds Emporium along with the corkscrew Corbaci. Can't wait to report back!
