Both Patriot seeds. Lemon Balm has one solid leaf and Lemon Mint is finally peaking out of the sponge.

Lemon Balm is doing well, Lemon mint is still taking its time getting going.

That lemon balm looks like it could be a big plant. I’ve never grown it before or seen it in anyone else’s garden. It looks healthy!

Lemon balm is awesome ... either to put in your tea or just run your fingers through it to smell it! Looks scarily similar to mint when it grows and outside is just as invasive as mint. Beware - if you plant it outside, do so in a container or you will wind up with it EVERYWHERE.

I don't have any outdoor space, so everything has to stay inside. We had wild catnip in the area growing up so I'm well acquainted with what a mint plant will do if you let it aka taking over everything and getting huge. I'm only planning on doing two plants per harvest for that reason. My new dehydrator is going to get some significant use soon trying to keep these in check. All the mint plants have taken a while to get going, but once they get a couple leaves out they seem to explode. I did the last round of pictures two days ago and there is visible growth on most of them.

I forgot how long its been since I posted pics on these. I've taken them a few times and never posted. I'm a little frustrated that the lemon balm seems insistent on growing out instead of up, but it's still growing well.
