Hi all,
I’m new and loving my bounty elite. Currently growing lettuces and herbs. I am just looking for a simple answer to this—what would you say is the best and most bountiful tomato type for a bounty elite? I just want to get the most tomatoes out of a plant, so I’m looking for ones that provide the largest harvest.
Thank you! Sam

Hello and Welcome Sam!
I am not a tomato grower but you can find a lot of information on the Tomato Board. I do not remember who but someone recently said what tomato they would keep growing. I have to think about who however they may chime in as well. Also take a look at the Member Gardens as many do grow successful tomatoes and some in the Bounty's.

Thanks a lot for the info! I appreciate it. Out of curiosity, what do you generally grow?

Shawn gave you good info above, but I wanted to say hi anyway! I've just started some AG Golden Harvest cherry tomatoes. I've grown other AG pods in the past. They do give a lot of tomatoes!

slatham87, You need to choose dwarf or small determinate tomatoes (not indeterminates) for your AGs. In my experience, the AG Golden Harvest (gold when ripe) is the best producer, followed by the AG Heirloom (red). The Burpee Veranda Reds are also good producers and very tasty, but mine have been quite slow-growing (maybe they need more supplemental nutrients than the AG tomatoes).

Getting the AG seeds now. Will look into the burpee seeds as well. Appreciate it!
