Finally fired up the Sprout, so all my gardens are officially back in business! Started a pod of sage:

That was quick! I just dropped a sage seed in my AG unit yesterday.

I like sage.
One year I planted pineapple sage outdoors. It got huge and was covered with beautiful red flowers. The smell and taste were wonderful.
I have not yet grown regular sage. Although I love it, I seldom use it except around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe this should be my year to try it!

I had a sage plant last year. I used it seldom but mainly due to laziness. I love dried sage in tea- very soothing and relaxing. Mainly I fried the leaves as a garnish to fish and white pastas/butternut ravioli.

I love making tea out of sage and lemon balm, it’s very tasty! I don’t cook much with sage, but I like having it around for teas and just because I like the smell.

One of the reasons I got into AG was herbs. The first two years (2012/3) I only grew herbs. One of my favorites is using fresh sage and walnuts in my stuffing.

That sounds great mike. I also like the sound of Pineapple Sage.

Fresh sage makes the absolute best turkey stuffing. The last time I made it I used thyme, sage and thai basil in it.
