Me neither. That is why I am trying it. I want to see if it differs from regular thyme

lynnee , I will also post this in the Herbs section but found the following. I usually grow English Thyme...
French thyme is also called summer thyme and it offers a flavor that is slightly subtler than that of English thyme. German thyme has smaller, slightly rounded leaves than the other varieties, but the foliage is packed with lots of flavor. German thyme is also called winter thyme because it is very cold hardy thymes.

That is ok. I always expect to replant and am happily surprised if it germinates first round.

Need to take pic but the thyme is doing great. I will be replanting some cilantro. I know I was going to do that a while ago but things here got hectic. SO now that they have calmed I will plant that plus some dill but I first need to purchase some seeds.

I did plant an AG dill I had but this Thyme is out of control. It goes all the way to the back of the farm

Sometime this week I will be harvesting the thyme and freezing it. The AG dill never made it. SO after I do harvest this, I will be sanitizing and cleaning. I order lettuce to plant on this side.

This is my Thyme that will be ending this week. It has been pruned down several times already.

I harvested all the Thyme. Cleaned and sanitized the unit. Now waiting for the remainder of the seeds to come to plant new.
