I really like the jalapeno (green). Has heat and taste. The Reaper and Habanero (reddish brown and orange) both made me cough a little. Not very good flavor. They made my nose run. The cayenne (brown) had some flavor and more kick than the jalapeno. The Sriracha (orange-red) was nasty tasting without a ton of heat.
It's funny, we exchanged gifts today at a Mexican restaurant by her house. I had a Chipotlé Wet Burrito with strips of chicken and steak inside that was fabulous. I put some Cholula Habanero sauce on it. Too much came out of the bottle, about 1/4 of the bottle. Let's just say my sinuses are working fine.

What a fun gift! I have to see if I can find that for Mark LOL...
Lunch minus all the sauce sounded good too.
