The power went out for several seconds early this morning and reset the count on my Ultra back to Day 0. I spent 10+ minutes on the phone to find out that there's no way to change the count manually. Has anyone else had to deal with this situation? Will I have to change the pump settings at some point so it doesn't try to treat the plants like germinating seeds longer than it should?' Living in FL, this will probably be a common occurrence...

It has happened to me. And no, you can not reset the number of days. This is what happens with the units with displays. I actually purchased a battery backup so if the power does go out the units remain on.
As for the pump, this can be manually changed if needed. Once you are at day 15 you can set the pump on time to 1440 minutes and the unit should run 24/7

Me too. I have had to rely on the dates of my forum project updates on a number of occasions over the years. The days of paper and pencil were more reliable than the age of sophisticated high tech.

Had the same issue when I replaced the top piece on my Farm Plus. Since the garden was already at two weeks when I did it, I had to manually set the pumps to full time. Searched around and couldn't find any way to reset the garden's age.
Another thing I'd like on the classic machines, like the Extra is a way to tell it "I fed you early; reset the nutes timer." Perhaps there's a way to do that, but I haven't figured it out.

I’m so glad you folks have this figured out, because I’m far too lazy to try.

I found a way to change the # days planted! It's in Customize Settings! (That's funny because AG customer support didn't know that this was possible... and the rep even checked with someone else.) But the nutrient timer still gives the wrong number of days until the next feeding.

Home > More Options > Custom Settings > Days Planted > Customize Setting
Use the Up and Down keys to adjust the number of days and press OK.

the directions are in the previous post. press HOME( top right black button and then go from there according to the prompts which are written out in the previous post. This is for the Ultra machine. If it customizes what you are looking to do, I don;t know, but that is how to find the customize settings screen. Hope that helps.

Where do I go to find the customize settings tab? Are Corinne stated the direction are on the previous post. But I want to make sure you are talking about the Ultra machine, correct? The Ultra manual can be found here
