Hi all!
My Aerogarden is coming along nicely! I bought my Aerogarden from Home Depot during the Black Friday sale. All of the pods are coming along great except for Thyme. It looks like it started to get a little bit of a breakthrough in the pod and then nothing more. I think it's dead. Do I contact Home Depot for a replacement pod or Aerogarden?

Contact Aerogarden; Home Depot doesn't manage "warranty" claims. Good luck.

On the Aerogarden site home page, there is a Contact Us link under Help at the top -- aerogarden.com/contact-us/On this page, there is a drop-down that defaults to 'My seed pods aren't sprouting/germinating'. You can go through the questions (name, email, type of seed pods, etc.), but on the last page, for each seed pod, it wants the lot number and it edits for a valid lot number. And you can't leave it blank. It also wants the model number for your Aerogarden, and you can't leave that blank either. (It's written on the bottom, but I am not going to try to lift that thing over my head just to get a seed pod.) So if you don't want to deal with all of that, there is an 'Other' option under that first drop down. This option lets you just write them a little note. Which is what I did -- Wrote them a little note telling them what didn't sprout. I had two out of six that didn't sprout, and when they replaced them, one of the replacements did not sprout, either. Make sure to tell them it's been 21 days.

My blood pressure cannot stand the aggravation of that nonsense, so, I just toss in a couple of seeds of the same seed that never came up. I have more seeds than I can use in a lifetime, and my time is way too important to waste on AG lack of customer service. Like, why put an 800 number for customer service on the boxes when you provide no phone customer service?
