I have both a 24XL & a 12XL. The lights on my 24XL go about as high as I would expect, but the light on my 12XL stops about 2-3 inches lower. Has anyone experienced this and is there a way to fix it? TIA

Sorry I don't know. My Farm XL light hangs a little wonky; one side is slightly lower than the other which bugs me but I don't know if there's a fix for it. Hopefully a Farm expert will show up to answer your post!

TIA I have 3 Farm 12XLs, and the lights stop at 31.5", 32.5", 32.5" above the deck. To fix this, you would have to take the hood apart (if you can figure out how), and you might break something else in the process. When one of my XLs had a defective pump controller, AG replaced the entire hood. If you get the hood open, you will then have to deal with winding the wires evenly on the spools. From my experience with LEGO roller coasters, I know that it's a challenge to do this with even a short string. If your 12XL stops at a height lower than mine, and it's still under warranty, you should contact AG and request a replacement hood.
