Still experimenting with growing spinach. I have added 2 more gardens to give myself room for lots of errors with my follies growing spinach. I did wind up with a week of no salads so added another garden. I now have 5 gardens growing salad/spinach. I have 2 of 3 spinach gardens doing 10 hours of light. Seems to work well but a solid 4 weeks before harvest. My 3rd spinach garden is running default 16 hours of light but only 20 watts of led power. At 5 weeks 1 plant bolted. The other 2 gardens are starting to stand up more vertical so I am wondering if they are about to bolt too. Remains to be seen but mmmmmmmmmm delicious experiment. LoveSalads, I think we all want to grow spinach, and you seem to be having some considerable success with this difficult plant. I love your Merlot! I hope you like the taste of it as much as I do. We had Merlot leaves in hamburgers last week, and they were great. I add lettuce to burgers whenever some is available in the Bounty that grows great lettuce and green peppers.

I love the color and taste of the Merlot. I had 2 Blt's with the last Pauls Slicer and the Merlot it was delicious . This is the first time I have grown The Merlot as I have an ounce of 2 different Lettuce mixes. After seeing lynnee pics I had to order some Merlot.

That Merlot is good stuff. Tastes great, doesn't bolt, and it regrows even after being harvested to a stump. Here's mine. Planted at the end of January and harvested to stumps about 2-3 weeks ago. That is all a second growth after harvesting. These give so much, and they ask so little in return. I would say it's the best producer I have.
