Today it was time to rinse and refill the lettuce garden in the Sprout... so I turned it into a salad instead. (I was getting bored with the lettuce.) Wish I'd taken a picture of the monstrous roots before pulling them off of the cages.
Soooo what's next? Here's what I'm considering:
1. Dill and Chives
I still buy them from the store because of how slowly they're growing in the Bounty
2. Mystery Wildflowers II
I just did a quick search and it looks like 90+ days to bloom is more the norm than the exception... it's hard enough waiting to see a plant mature when I already know what it is
3. Yet another dwarf tomato plant (I have SO MANY seeds now)
Though having 2 Sprouts side by side with a tomato plant in each might get crowded
4. Three more pepper seedlings to transplant to containers in the future
I already have 4 pepper plant seedlings between 2 machines waiting to be transplanted
