Does 5 more watts of Led power make a difference ?

I was searching high and low for more trellis's as I have to many Tomato plants growing. I looked at one of the many boxes and said hmmmmmmm. I always thought my pre2019 Bounty'y grew more vigorous Cherry Tomato plants than my newer Bounty that is 40 watts or, so it says. Can 5 watts really make a difference or is it in my head. The light hood appears abit bigger also. On a good note I did find a few more trellis's so am only missing 1 more.

I think that things grow better in the Bounties generally, because of the higher wattage. My original Bounty Elites have 60-watt lights, I think--they are the best!

The Elites and Farms have spoiled me, so that I have no patience for the perfectly fine Harvests.
