I love some of those ideas. But not hte money. However I am sure I can have someone put in a cabinet and sit my AG's in them for cheaper then what they would sell it for. I should have Mark take some dimensions and get some quotes on a unit. Something like in the second picture. However it would also be hard to remove the unit for cleaning and you would see the hood if it was not raised. Nah... I guess I will stick with what I have.

A few of these ideas I really like. But for the price I think I can just have my contractor make something like this, but one that would fit properly (this was made for magazines and had a 2 middle shelves). As you raise the hood it gets stuck and shaves finish and wood off, not to mention scratches up the AG hood. And maybe he can make it a triple.

I bet if you gave the dimensions to a wood artisan he could come up with something quite good looking and suitable at a reasonable price..and most important....exactly what you want..

and most important....exactly what you want.. Exactly. My contractor ‘s background is in cabinetry so it should be a cakewalk for him. I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before. (Or, maybe I did, but I forgot about it every time... )

Hmmm so maybe I will still have Mark take all the measurements. Well I can do that, I will just have him look for people and get estimates. We may be on to something. Thanks @cornne for posting the ideas.
