Thanks, I just actually posted a reply on the other thread. That is a smaller unit and I have larger ones. That particular item I have two bountys and something else plugged into.

It works the same. If you only have one item being plugged into it you need to make sure it is plugged into the Surge + Battery side.
It is smaller and cheaper. Only has a 4.5 hours of extended runtime provides instant battery power to your critical electronics when the power goes out.

Thanks for this suggestion. Its on my wish list for now. One never knows when there is a power outage what is in store for us. Is it a battery? I confess I don't know much about these things. Does the Harvest unit have two or 3 plugs? I don't want to unplug it to look. This smaller unit has better reviews than the first one that is more powerful. So in a power failure I could charge my phone with this unit?  NOTE : The warranty period begins from date of purchase

Harvest is a 2 prong. I do not have this model but yes you can charge a phone or tablet.
I do have the other one and it has worked for me. But for someone only needed one or two, this should work. Again I do not know about it, I just saw it was cheaper and smaller  |

One more thing, If oyu do not mind it going out in a storm, may I suggest a good surge protector? At least any lightening won't burn it out, however the unit will go out.
A Battery Backup that has a Surge + Battery will not only protect the items plugged into it it will also keep then running for a period of time.
