These herbs were started in various machines during September and late August. I had rounded them up and put them in a Harvest with my Sweet Heat, but as Shawn pointed out they don’t play well together with the pepper. So I moved them all into what was my Endive garden. I have parsley (left) and cilantro (the unhappy campers on the right). Hopefully the cilantro will normalize soon.

They’ve really taken off in their new home. The cilantro has put out new healthy growth. I will have to remember to remove all the damaged stuff. The center of the parsley is growing in a swirly pattern (hard to tell here). I’ve never seen that before.

Very nice. I like when they grow so well.

This garden finally recovered full health. Last night it got a full trim for use in another chimichurri sauce. Now I need to clean the deck, I see...

Big trim, to make your good sauce.

This got really out of control so I gave it a massive haircut just now and even tossed one of the cilantro pods into the trash because it bolted. But the rest is great and I’m making more sauce tonight with this huge pile of parsley. I wish you could have seen what a mess it was before. But I just tore into it before taking a pic.

After removing the stems I still had this huge pile to work with.

This recovered nicely from the prior chop as of this picture on December 14, but since then has been neglected and is a mess again. Pics to come.
